Frequently, settlement notices are returned by the Post Office as
undeliverable. When this occurs, TILGHMAN & CO. compiles a database
of the "bad" addresses and sends the information to a major national
credit bureau. "Better" addresses are returned overnight and new notices
are sent to the missing class members.
Class member addresses
are updated regularly based on class member calls and change of address
information. Current address information is as accurate as possible
prior to the distribution of settlement benefits.
